Medik8 Sleep Glycolic is an at-home AHA peel which can deliver fast results while you sleep. Harnessing a true free glycolic acid value of 10% for enhanced penetration results, Sleep Glycolic effortlessly leaves the complexion visibly brighter, smoother and decongested.

After cleansing in the evening, smooth a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic onto the face, neck and décolletage - avoiding the eye area. Some slight skin tingling is normal. (For use 2-3 times per week).

Follow with other serums and night moisturiser. Leave on overnight. As Sleep Glycolic is directly active on your skin, it should be the second step in your evening skincare routine (after cleansing). Layer all other serums and moisturisers on top.

Always wear sunscreen the next day after using Sleep Glycolic. Patch testing prior to use is advised.
Key Ingredients:

10% Active Glycolic Acid - With the smallest particle size of all the AHAs, glycolic acid is the most powerful. It works to break down the bonds between dead skin cells, so they can be easily exfoliated away to reveal fresher, newer skin cells beneath. The result is visibly brighter, smoother and decongested skin.

Korean Clover Extract - Works alongside glycolic acid to support the skin’s natural overnight repair and hydration processes. It also helps to maintain the natural skin barrier; reducing the potential for irritation.

Glycerin - By gently drawing water to itself from the lower layers of the skin, glycerin leaves skin nourished and replenished of moisture for a soft and supple complexion.

Medik8 Sleep Glycolic - Wake up with smoother, brighter skin
I use this once a week and always notice a difference the next morning. My skin looks smoother, clearer and a bit more glowy without feeling irritated. It’s strong enough to work, but still gentle if you don’t overdo it. I also like that there’s no downtime — just fresher-looking skin. Really good option if you want a simple at-home exfoliation that actually gives results.
