Medik8 Smooth Body Exfoliating Kit gently exfoliates rough, bumpy skin while hydrating and smoothing for softer, brighter skin and a more even body texture. Can help reduce ingrown hairs & acts as the ultimate skin preparation for fake tan, or helps to remove mistakes.

Use 2-3 times a week. Before showering or bathing, massage Smooth Body Scrub in circular motions over dry skin. Leave for up to 5 minutes before rinsing off.

Next, use Smooth Body Mitt (can be used without Smooth Body Scrub too). Use dry for a more intense exfoliation, or damp for a gentler exfoliation. Gently buff over skin in light circular motions.

Hands down the best prep for smooth, glowing skin (especially before tan application)
This is honestly the best body exfoliating duo I’ve used. The scrub is so effective without being harsh, and the lotion is incredibly hydrating while still gently exfoliating. My skin feels so much smoother and looks more even, especially with consistent use. It’s made a huge difference with things like dryness and uneven texture. It’s also the best prep before applying self tan — my tan goes on so much more evenly and lasts longer. Such a good all-round body routine, I wouldn’t be without it.
