I started on Crystal Retinal 3 and slowly worked my way up to 6 and then 10 over about 12 months, and the difference in my skin has been amazing. Each time I increased the strength, I phased it in gradually and paired it with Advanced Night Restore on top, which made a huge difference in keeping my skin calm and hydrated.
