Cleanse the skin thoroughly before treatment.

Press and hold the Power/Mode button for 3 seconds to turn the device on.

Select your desired treatment mode by pressing the Mode button to cycle through the available settings.

Set your treatment time using the Time button (5–30 minutes).

Adjust the brightness if desired (100% intensity is recommended for optimal results).

Position the device directly against the treatment area or secure it using the adjustable straps for body treatments.

Treat for 10–20 minutes on the face or 20–30 minutes on the body.

Protective eyewear is recommended when treating the face.

Use 2–3 times per week to help maintain results.
